Ghazala began her career in the classroom and rose through school leadership and development — Principal at Sadeeq Public School, Program Coordinator at Ideal Education System, and Head of Development at International Islamic University, Islamabad — before moving into the non-profit sector, where she currently serves as Manager, Growth at Junior Jinnah Trust. She brings three decades of understanding how students actually learn to every cohort, and is personally available to guide students and speak with parents.
